Description: Records relating to the negotiation, formation, and use of all official contracts and agreements, which are typically used to establish a legal relationship governing goods and services, the use or transfer of property, and the performance of obligations.
Contracts and agreements may be between the Hospital and medical staff, service provider agreements, relocation agreements; or between the Hospital and external organizations or individuals. Documents may include both draft and approved contracts and agreements, memoranda of understanding, insurance policies, and supporting correspondence.

Description: Records relating to research and ethics that may include records regarding clinical trials that have been conducted or proposed by an employee of the Hospital, medical staff associated with the Hospital or others as reviewed by the Medical Ethics Committee. Records may also include documentation regarding the Medical Ethics Committee such as meeting minutes, agendas, packages, etc.
