Patient Representative
Committed to patient and family-centred care
Patient Representatives are available to assist with any issues or concerns related to the delivery of services at Windsor Regional Hospital. Any patient, client, resident, family, or staff member can request the help of a patient representative to assist with problem-solving or advocacy.
Patient Representatives exist to strengthen, personalize, and enhance the relationships among patients, their families, and the healthcare team. They help to ensure that conflicts may be resolved in a manner that supports the patients, family members, and staff members.
The Patient Representatives act as an unbiased resource for patients, clients, residents, and families when dealing with services delivered at any campus of Windsor Regional Hospital.
