WHERE TO GET CARE DURING THE HOLIDAYS

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, call 9-1-1 immediately.

Helpful links and information for those needing care this holiday season:

• Walk-In Clinics - Find hours of operation and contact information for walk-in-clinics near you.
• Telehealth Ontario - A Registered Nurse is available to take your call at Telehealth Ontario 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Community Crisis Line - 24/7 Community Crisis Services are available for individuals 16 years of age or older who are experiencing an acute mental illness and/or psychosocial crisis by calling 519-973-4435.
• Emergency Wait Times - Both Windsor Regional Hospital Emergency sites are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the holidays.

COVID-19 VACCINATION & ASSESSMENT CENTRES

Should you require a COVID-19 test, the following options are available. Please visit the links for additional information on guidelines for testing, scheduling an appointment and hours of operation.

• WEVax - View vaccine Appointment Booking and Eligibility
• WRH COVID-19 Assessment Centre - View hours and book a test at Windsor Regional Hospital's COVID-19 Assessment Centre.
• WRH Paediatric Urgent Medical Assessment (PUMA) Clinic - Provides COVID-19 testing for children ages 3 months - 17 years, medical assessment based on potential COVID-19 symptoms and, where appropriate, COVID-19 vaccinations.
• Erie Shores COVID-19 Assessment Centre - View hours and book a test at the Erie Shores HealthCare COVID-19 Assessment Centre.
• COVID-19 Testing Location Information - Book an appointment at a local pharmacy near you offering tests to asymptomatic individuals
