WRH Women Inspire Catholic Central Youth

Several WRH staff members were on hand at a Career Day held at Catholic Central High School on Nov. 23, 2016 that provided inspiration for female students considering careers in health care!

The third annual Career Day event included a diverse group of women professionals from the community to encourage and empower young women in considering a variety of career pathways.

The event was coordinated by Windsor Women Working with Immigrant Women, whose motto is “breaking barriers” to signify the importance of removing career barriers for all women including those of diverse backgrounds in our community.

Thank you to members of the WRH Diversity committee - Manmander included Jennifer Burton Liang (Child Life Specialist), Denise St. Louis (coordinator for District Stroke Centre Windsor-Essex), Sherri Franz (coordinator for corporate improvement initiatives) and Patricia Reid (WRH retiree/volunteer).
