Rules of Play

  1. Ticket purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and be within the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
  2. Tickets will be issued using an electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend Fundraising Solutions.
  3. Tickets can be purchased in person at Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation (1995 Lens Ave, Windsor ON, N8W 1L9), through the Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation managed locations and online at the website wrhlottery.ca.
  4. 50/50 tickets are 10 for $10, 50 for $25, 150 for $50, and 600 for $100.
  5. The total tickets available in the 50/50 draw will be unlimited
  6. The guaranteed minimum payout will be $10,000
  7. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw up to the point of the draw date (early bird(s) or grand prize draws)

Draw Schedule & Prizing

DRAW #1: Ticket Sales – Starting Monday, March 27, at 12:00 a.m. to Friday, April 28, 2023 at 11:59 a.m.

  • The winner (1) of the 50/50 Grand Prize will be drawn at approximately 12:00 p.m., on April 28, 2023.
  • The 50/50 Grand Prize winner will be awarded 50% of the final sales
  • There will be 4 Early Bird Deadlines and Draws in the 50/50 outlined below:
  1. Friday, April 14 at 11:59 am - Samsung Galaxy S22 (Value: $1,360.00)

  2. Wednesday, April 19 at 11:59 am - $250 Cash

DRAW #2: 50/50 Ticket Sales - Starting Tuesday, May 23, at 12:00 a.m. to Friday, June 23, 2023 at 11:59 a.m.

  • The winner (1) of the 50/50 Grand Prize will be drawn at approximately 12:00 p.m., on June 23, 2023.
  • The 50/50 Grand Prize winner will be awarded 50% of the final sales.

DRAW #3: 50/50 Ticket Sales – Starting Monday, September 18, at 12:00 a.m. to Friday, October 20, 2023 at 11:59 a.m.

  • The winner (1) of the 50/50 Grand Prize will be drawn at approximately 12:00 p.m., on October 20, 2023.
  • The 50/50 Grand Prize winner will be awarded 50% of final sales.

Draw #4: 50/50 Ticket Sales – Starting Monday, December 4, at 12:00 a.m. to Friday, January 5, 2024 at 11:59 a.m.

  • The winner (1) of the 50/50 Grand Prize will be drawn at approximately 12:00 p.m., on January 5, 2024.
  • After buying, purchasers will receive an email confirmation containing their ticket numbers. Purchasers will receive one email for any 50/50 ticket numbers ordered and one email for any Win More Calendar tickets ordered. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
  • A representative of Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation will contact the grand prize winner by phone and/or email.
  • The winners will be posted on the wrhlottery.ca website, on social media, and on e-news.
  • The grand prize winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification for validation and send it to support@wrhlottery.ca.
  • Prizes will be awarded to the primary ticket holder (the first name that appears on the ticket). In the event of a group win, in trust win or any win involving multiple individuals, any transfer of prizes must happen independently of Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation.
  • The winning ticket holder has 6 months to claim their prize from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be reported, and a charitable allocation will be approved by AGCO.
  • Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation Staff and Board of Directors, as well as their spouses, children and children-in-law residing in the same household, are not permitted to purchase tickets and are not eligible to win.
