In keeping with this commitment, Windsor Regional Hospital’s Patient Experience Task Force – a diverse mix of clinicians, administrators and community volunteers – works to develop and implement programs and policies aimed at making patient satisfaction a priority.
We recognize that visits to the hospital for treatment, or for a loved one’s care, can create anxiety. The goal of the PETF is to make sure that every visit, whether by a patient or a visitor, is as positive as possible so that you can focus on your health without distractions.
Our many “customer” programs and services are created with the patient at the top of mind – patient centered care that supports our patients emotionally as well as physically.
We want to make everyone’s experience at WRH as comfortable, convenient and compassionate as possible.
