A Way To Express Happy Valentine

WINDSOR, ON. Joe Ciaravino and Antonino’s have stepped forward once again and offered Windsor Regional Hospital an opportunity to raise funds for the Cardiac-Angioplasty Program through the sale of heart-shaped pizzas. Antonino’s has donated a total of over $10,000 over the years. Joe Ciaravino will visit the Ouellette Campus with a number of heart-shaped pizzas for sale and participate in a media event.

Date:               Tuesday, February 13, 2018
Time:              10:00 a.m.
Location:        Ouellette Campus – Windsor Regional Hospital – 1030 Ouellette Avenue
                        Goyeau Lobby Mezzanine

Antonino’s offers heart-shaped pizza, heart-shaped Nutella pizza and heart-shaped cinnamon sticks during the month of February (Heart Month) as a way to give back to the community and to cardiac healthcare.

The Ciaravino Family began their pizza business in 1999 when the first Antonino’s Original Pizza outlet opened on Howard Avenue. Since then, two additional locations have emerged in East Windsor and LaSalle. The recipe for making Antonino’s original style pizza remains a mystery! A strict devotion to detail and unyielding insistence on using local quality ingredients makes the produce unique.

“It is thanks to our customers purchasing heart-shaped pizzas and heart shaped desserts that we are able to provide this support to the Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation,” stated Joe Ciaravino.

The Cardiac Catheterization Lab/Angioplasty Program performs approximately 2500-3000 Cardiac Catheterizations and 900 Angioplasties every year at the Ouellette Campus of Windsor Regional Hospital.
