Client Responsibility

1. To actively participate, if able, in the planning of your care.

2. To participate in the activities designed to meet your needs.

3. To respect the rights of other clients in the Program.

4. To be courteous to the care providers in the Program.

5.  To communicate with the appropriate staff person if you have any concerns about your Hospital care.
