Patient/Client Representative Program
If there are any concerns while you are a patient in CCC which cannot be addressed and resolved by the staff on the unit or the Charge Nurse, please feel free to contact the Unit Manager for assistance. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be found, the Program Director or the Patient Representative is available to assist.
The Patient Representative Program is designed to provide a channel through which patients, families and staff can resolve issues related to complaints, problems and unmet needs. The Patient Representative serves as a resource for issues including patient rights, ethics, patient satisfaction, complaint management and customer service.
