Parking at Windsor Regional Cancer Centre
  • Limited parking is available at the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre (WRCC) for WRCC patients and families. The entrance is off Alsace Avenue.
  • There is a charge to use this parking lot of $3.00 (flat fee) payable to a pay and display machine located at the parking lot entrance and commissionaires will be available to assist you daily in the parking lot. 
  • Additional parking is also available in the visitors lot at the Lens Avenue parking lot of the Windsor Regional Hospital (WRH). 
  • Windsor Regional Hospital has contracted a multi-passenger van to provide transportation service for patients and their families from the Lens Avenue parking lot, and the satellite lot on Kildare Road, to the Windsor Regional Cancer entrance free of charge.

If you are coming to the hospital for procedures/appointments not related to the cancer centre, please park in the WRH Lens Avenue parking lot.

Parking Coupons:
If you will be visiting the Metropolitan Campus on a frequent basis, parking coupons are an economical option.  The cost is $25.00 for 10 tickets.  Available through the Cashier's Office Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.  Coupons can also be purchased after 4:30 pm and on weekends at the Gift Shop located on the 1st floor of the Metropolitan Campus.  Cash only in the gift shop.

Directions By Car

The Windsor Regional Cancer Centre is located on the Corner of Kildare Road and Alsace Ave. The main entrance and parking is located on Alsace Avenue.  The centre is part of Windsor Regional Hospital which is located near the major intersection of Walker Road and Tecumseh Road East.

When entering Windsor from the 401 HWY, take either...

Exit to Walker Road (turn left on Lens Avenue)  Or

Exit to Detriot via Tunnel (turn right on Tecumseh Road East)

Bus Service - Windsor Transit stops at the public entrance of each campus.
